Annual Parish Meeting

The annual parish meeting is a meeting open to all residents of the parish to discuss matters of local interest or concern. It is convened by the Parish Council and chaired by its chair: 6-7pm on Tuesday, 16th May, in Wensley Reading Rooms.

All residents of the parish are invited to attend, and to speak on or raise questions about any matters of local interest.

Please note that due to space availability, we ask you to give prior notice of your attendance by contacting the parish clerk at clerk@southdarleyparishcouncil.gov.uk before 12.00 on the day of the meeting.

It would be helpful if you could let us know of any matters you wish to raise so we may organise the issues to be discussed.

Alternatively, residents may submit questions or issues for discussion to the clerk at the same address.

Issues raised will feed into a parish council discussion on the priorities for 2023-24.

As background to the meeting, please take a look at our Parish Council Aims, and our Community Engagement Strategy.

The agenda for the meeting is here, along with the minutes of last year’s Annual Parish Meeting.

If you are unable to attend and wish to give your apologies, please do so by emailing the parish clerk: clerk@southdarleyparishcouncil.gov.uk
