Local Government Reorganisation – Have Your Say!

Derbyshire, including Derby City, is about to embark on its most significant local government restructure in half a century.

The ten existing councils in the area – including Derbyshire Dales District Council – will become two new unitary authorities by April 2028.

There’s going to be lots of changes but before any of that, you are asked for your views.

The online public consultation is open until 10 August and takes just a few minutes to complete.
